As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I practice and teach bio-individuality and thus have broad training to apply intuitively to each lovely human I encounter. Bio-individuality is the practice of honoring and respecting each sovereign being’s own biochemical makeup, heritage, family nucleus, environment, and dietary needs in order to work with their natural rhythms and serve their highest good. As a lover of delicious nourishing food, I found it necessary, over the last 13 years to experiment, adapt, and create new ways of balancing healthy wholesome foods, fluctuating dietary needs, while still wanting and craving delicious, satisfying treats. Born out of this is Kale and Chamomile’s Kosmic Creations!
