Clinical herbal consulting and health coaching using simple but effective techniques to learn more about oneself and make impactful changes to mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. I am trained in Western clinical herbalism (MSc) but also like to incorporate elemental constitutional energetics, medical astrology, tongue diagnostics, etc to gain deeper insights into root paradigms. I usually charge $65USD per hour session and require filling out an intake form that needs to be submitted prior to video call or in person meeting.
